IVF Lab Director

Rania Baydoun, BSc. MSc.

Rania Baydoun is the lab director at NewLife Fertility Center since 2012. She has worked for NewLife since 2006. She has been actively working in the field of embryology since 1998 and has been associated with several state of the art clinics in Dubai, Lebanon, Michigan and New Jersey.

She earned her Masters degree in Clinical Embryology from the University of Leeds. She hold the TS certificate in Embryology and Andrology from the American Board of Bioanalysis.

With over 20 years of experience in the field of IVF, her experienced way in handling embryos has enabled her to contribute to a highly successful IVF laboratory and being the driving force for high success at NewLife Fertility.
